| Any item shipped in error can be returned for credit or exchange. Items opened or altered in any way cannot be returned.
Stock hair systems can be returned if they are unaltered. A $20 restocking fee applies. Be sure to call us first to arrange any return of your product. |

| Shipping and Handling |
| Shipping is by Post unless otherwise requested. Rates are set by the post office, and DHR adds only small handling fee of about $1-$2 to cover the cost of packaging. This fee is included in the shipping cost which is displayed during checkout. For rates outside of continental North America, or for courier service rates such as UPS, please call or email us. |

Why does it cost more if I come to your studio to buy my hair?
DHR is a discount mail order website. Pricing on this site is for mail order only. Pricing on this site includes all email and phone support and consultation services. Pricing on this site will differ from our in studio products and services due to the extra costs and added value of personal one on one services. Basically, when you come to our studio, we do all the work for you in the comfort of a private studio. When you order on line, there is very little overhead and manpower involved, and a high end servicestudio is not required. |
