DHR was created by the Vice President - now President and owner - of Freedom Hair Systems, a family business that has been in the hair replacement business in Ontario, Canada for over 40 years. Traditionally, hair replacement clients have felt - and been made to believe - that they had to have their hair systems maintained exclusively by trained hair replacement professionals. But in the last few years more and more people have expressed an interest in ordering and maintaining their hair themselves in order to save time and money. Any hair replacement client knows that keeping your hair looking its best over the long term does require on-going maintenance and care with specialized products. So we decided to offer the entire range of hair replacement products, and instructions on how to use them, at substantially reduced prices by mail order. We believe that these products are the best hair replacement products available to the consumer anywhere and at any price and they are the same products our professional technicians use in our home studio. DHR pledge: We pledge to offer the consumer the best possible service and quality products at the lowest possible prices. DHR satisfaction guarantee: If any product proves to be unsatisfactory in any way, simply return the product for a refund or credit. The following conditions apply: stock hair systems must be returned completely unaltered in the original packaging to qualify for a refund or credit. A $20.00 restocking fee will apply. Custom hair systems will be replaced if not made to order, but are non-refundable. Custom hair systems must be returned with 21 days in order to qualify for a replacement guarantee. All other products must also be returned within 21 days. DHR reserves the right to refuse a refund or credit if a substantial amount of any product has been used. Shipping charges are non-refundable. DHR welcomes any suggestions for other products. If you are currently using a product or hair system that is not offered on this website, we can probably source it and offer it to you at a much lower price.
