Note On Pricing: On May 16, 2025 DHR was notified by the New Image parent company that, as of May 19, 2025, all New Image hair systems will be subject to a 15% tariff surcharge. We were, of course, dismayed at the lack of notice of this increase and were not able to inform clients before the increases came into effect.
